@JacksMagicBean a sht ton. first of all, legends is a arcade game that has no real freedom. this is a less linear home version of the game. sure, you still have to go to each area, but you arnt restricted to where you want to go entirely. additionally, you can also unlock 9 additional characters to play as, and, personally. i love the game a ton.

@JacksMagicBean has 4 extra areas, 4 more characters (8 counting secret ones), and a actual save mode. gamecube version is a bit glitchyer than the ps2 version, but you can turn off and on powerups (though no health bar for bosses:/)

-4 additonal realms, the dreamworld,forsaken province, icelands, and the midevil kingdom.

-4 additional characters, jester(speed), sorceress(magic),dwarf(strengt­h), knight(armor)

-graphical improvement over legends

-for gamecube and xbox it allows you to turn off items

-health bar for bosses(unavailable in the gamecube/xbox versions.)

all characters and their "beast from within" forms are retained, and 4 additonal BFW are added for new guys

@JacksMagicBean -BFW characters that are new are the hyena(jester), medusa(sorceress), unicorn(knight), and ogre(dwarf).

all around in some ways its a awsome game that is worth a buy if you have freinds to play with (otherwise it will get very boreing). essentially, its a expansion to legends, with a graphics update, more characters, more bosses, more realms, and just more legends. anyway, hope that helps:D

I still have this game, it rocks! I first got this like 8 years ago and it still works If anyone thinks they can, then take this challenge: get your character to lvl 99, with 9999 health, 99999 money, 9 keys, 9 potions and all legendary items. Also clear out all the items in your inventory ( xbox or gamecube version) so you have free space. After all that you can reload your character any time and have all your stuff back! It's better than a cheat (in my opinion). Does anyone want to try?

You can sometimes get stuck on multiplayer. I have done it and you have to reset all the way to the beginning of the level. At any rate, this is one of my favorite games of all time.

the yellow wizard that is unlocked via a minigame is named Sumner, Sum-ner. I'd say the game gets an 8.5/10 because of the fact that the bactracking is annoying, but it's a great game, though I frequently continue to destroy the first level. I wish I had the GC copy of this game again...

Seven Sorrows WAS bad. i have it and played through the whole game in 1 sitting then never touched it again. the cover looks so sweet but man its just so bad :..( and im a hardcore gauntlet fan
