Who cares about the sound? Since when is bowling about the sound of the pins!? It's about knocking down the pins, not making them sound like something. If it helps bowling centers save money, i'm for it.
Yeah, plastic pins do sound "clicky" all right. I'm a long time 5-Pin bowler, and I miss the old wooden 5 Pin. My center had them until 1997 or so, then they went to plastic.
The wooden pins do have that classic resonate sound. But these have that extra action it seems. I wonder if some houses here in the US are using them? It's worth a shot. Hell..anything to improve my average.

@pinboyamf my uncle bought 10 cases used on lanes 1 to 5 hated the sound the ruined the classic clooping wood sound any way i agree wit u
