i actually noticed i do gas out sometimes for about an hour just hard core but i thought it was cuz i eat a lot of beans it could be from the oats i eat too? i eat a lot of those too damn
Yeah this was a good video, funny thing is my back is all jacked up, but my abs look better than ever...i cut the refined sugars use honey, started getting my carbs from Broccoli and spinach and various fruits increased my fiber intake and listen to chillin music before i go to bed to reduce my stress levels and i haven't been able to workout for the last six months and i feel like i could run a marathon...this video nailed it!!!!!

Man what this man said about gluten is right on the money! I couldn't figure out why my gut was always pooching. No matter how much I ran, I always had this pouch. Got rid of the grains/carbs, especially the cheap grains and breads, and my gut did begin to flatten. And the point that he made about farting is so damn true. When I cut out most of the grains, my farts went away. Funny thing was I went to b-day and ate a lot of cake, and man, my gas came back. This man speaks the truth!

I injured it playin football when I was in High school, and it is fine now, it is strong, there is no pain, however, I cant get it to grow. I am not a body builder, and I now you are not promoting body building, it is just you seem like a way intelligent guy, so I thought I would ask if you had any advice. Should I see a chiropractor to see if there is nerve damage?, or just stay consistent? Thanks bro. great vids.
Dont throw away your wheat just yet, actually it's less than 1 % to 1 % of american people are intolerant to gluten and for the most part it's people who have immune system disorders.
One might gain a bit too much calories Maybe.
But in general oats such a great option. Great source of protein and they are even known for helping the stomach to deal with food, ie can both stimulate acid and calm the gut down if it's making too much.
It's just to good to just throw it away like that.
