Hi Judith, I read Ro-8-28 no joy there I'm afraid! His Kingdom has not come yet---when you die your heart dies your soul dies you are dead---King David --PSALM 6 -v5-6 For there is no mention of Thee in death---In Shoel who will give Thee thanks------------If the kingdom is here now where are all the Profhets--Kings---where is JESUS----The Bible is all about the Kindom returning-----THY KINDOM COME THOU WILL BE DONE ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN!

@Goldie450 You are following Augustine of Hippo 's error that "Beatific Vision" is only possible after death! The "Uncreated Light" may be seen in prayer - the Light of Christ shining in Heaven.

The "Kingdom is within you.." Luke 17:21, the "rule and reign" of the King indwelling His own. At the 2nd Coming of Christ, (Rom.8:18-19), the "sons of God are revealed" openly. We Orthodox pray "Thy Kingdom come" to us on earth. We live in the "eighth day" of His Resurrection Life.

Where in the Bible does it tell us the Kingdom of God Is upside down--inside out--Jesus told us in the Bible NO ONE will know when he returns to set up he's Kindom here on earth--God Bless you Judith your such a warm and lovely lady

His Kingdom is "within us". His Kingdom is HERE and is now - although not manifest until Ro. 8:28 "the sons of God are manifest" in the 2nd Coming of our Saviour. His Kingdom opposes every aspect of what the secularists believe to be important in our lives. Pride of appearance and wealth drives their world of darkness ; the Kingdom of Christ is based on humility from the Holy Spirit which plants His Kingdom in our hearts. That's "inside out, and upside down"...compared to Satan's kingdom.

@Goldie450 God bless you Judith--my Bible talks from start to finnish about THE KINGDOM----Where in your Bible does it tell you the Kingdom is within us---I'm forever explaining to folk--that nowhere in the Bible does anyone go to Heaven except Jesus--then when Jesus returns to earth He will set up the Kingdom---thus the saying "THOU KINGDOM COME"-----Then he will raise all the dead--Then we will all be Judged-------The Holy Spirt is with us Not The Kingdom
