If someone watched the competition when he set a new world record of 5000m, he must have surely noticed that Aouita was running lonely without any competition, i am sure if he was one of our generation he would also set records. Thanks to him, El Guerrouj, El Arbi Ben mbarek, Faras, ZAki....and the list is long, moroccan sport has been one of the greatest in the world. Thanks God, Morocco is Greaaaaat. Proud to be moroccan.
Aouita didnt flop..he was injured and he also made a calculation mistake..this is the 800 m..it's fast and when u miscalculate the time u gonna emerge ur secrewed
only a 54.6 last lap in this slower race? i was thinking maybe 52-53 but w/e.. still fast!!
