The stones were obviously not put up by local country folks. They were designed and funded by a group of international elites. Interesting that it took more than 25 years for people to really start paying attention to the stones, and even now, 30 years later, most Americans don't know about them.
I live in franklin co,about 15 miles from Elberton.the one thing nobody says anything about is this-the guidestones were made and put up in the 80's.there was no internet around.to translate this into so many different languages correctly someone had to have knowledge of the languages and to correctly carve into granite the characters and heiroglyphs(spelled wrong i'm sure) of the egyptian language and chinese,arabic,I just don't see that knowledge coming from the working class country guys.
