So, this might not be a great idea in Afghanistan, that much is clear. But who can judge what is music to Allah, and what is noise? There is no Shaykh, no Murshid or devotee of any rank or order that can make that call. Time now to check the veracity of my faith and life and leave others alone. It's hard enough to find peace amidst the din of everyday life to listen and try to do the bidding of the almighty, let alone creating more noise to another's world by giving my unsolicited opinion.
men and woman should not touch hand while performing zikir and when not doing zikir , zikir should be done with out touching, but if theirs hadrah of course hold anther hand but a mans hand.
i respect the kalima they are reciting but these are not sufis,real sufis in afghanistan and in all the world do not do zikr like this,they have their hadhra of zikr with dervishes and they have a shaikh who leads the zikr,womans can be anything but they can never be a true murshid to initiate in tariqa,shaikh must be man.they can chant as much as they want kalima but not say afghan sufis,afghanistan has many great sufis,Ibrahim Adham is one of the greatest to mention.sufis zikr shakes the earth
i hate it with afghani nationals put things like this up coz the rest of the world will think its how the ethnich Afghans do zikr.
this is not islam, in islam we have segregation of both sexes. here they are holding hands. in islam women must cover, not expose their legs as they are doing in here. take your religion else where. just buy saying allah does not make one muslim. you have to follow the quran and the sunnah of the prophet pbuh.
