  • very cool drum, to bad the audio of this video sounds like diarheaa

  • @TheMightyZooblin Do you drum as well as you spell?

  • @skinfiddler I was drunk. lol

  • @skinfiddler also why don't you quit being an asshole and leave a comment that is actually related to the video skinflute.

  • Cheers bluebottle and thanks for coming back. Not the best sound as it was recorded using a small Pentax digital camera. I have since reskinned the drum and inserted a little piece of 4B2 to take the rather tinny sound out of it so it sounds a little better now. Cheers for your feedback and best wishes for the New Year.

  • Tony - thats a mean snare you have there - you look nearly as smart as you used to when we did the Troop!!

  • Thank you for your comment Bohgpipes. I actually picked this drum up from the Portobello Road Markets in London for 35 Pounds back in 1980. The date 1912 is faintly etched on the side of the shell underneath the Premier trademark. Occasionally, one is lucky to spot one at market stalls that specialise in militaria, but they are a pretty rare thing nowadays. Best wishes.

  • This is very cool, how did you come about getting this drum?
