Hold the pip-boy button for a few seconds. On the PC, it's the TAB key. I don't know what the button is for consoles.

Then you need to hope you run into more, or you could install the Broken Steel DLC, hit level 22, and get the Quantum Chemist perk. Quantum Chemist converts 10 Nuka-Colas into 1 Nuka-Cola Quantum.
