In the U.S. they would have just run a patrol car into the tripod and knocked her out of it then tasered her to within an inch of her life, kick her repeatedly before and after being handcuffed, then bang her head into the patrol car as they were "helping" her get in. Afterwards they would give each other high-fives for doing such a great job of taking down such a "violent criminal".
