even if you can hold a handstand for hours and be perfect at it that doesnt mean you will be able to do a planche full planche swallow planche or maltese cross...still great job on the one arm handstad
I have to take a stab in the dark here because you have beautiful balance and I don't know enough to say for certain, but did you start to fall out of your handstand because one of your legs started to drift back? That's the only thing I can guess.
Again, you have beautiful balance. I wish I could do that :(
im pretty sure it was the wind if you watch the plant next to you the wind blows against your back then dies down and thats when you fall so you were pushing against the wind to keep your balance and when it died down you fell
Your arm was still moving I know it's to keep your balance, but it won't make unusual shaking if you do it only with your lower body, I think ...
I'm not saying that I know the answer and I'm fully conscient that you're a lot better than me. he he i'm still just begining my one arm balance, by the way
the form of your straddle is one of the best I have ever seen. Go see my video if you have time.
@nanquan491 Hello there! thanks for pointing it out.
As you probably know, Core muscles and shoulders are involve on both..Planche and Handstand...do a lot of handstand and you will be training your planche.
But you are wright..the title is miss leading...sorry for the inconvenience.
pretty solid one arm. are you equal on both arms or do you favor your left?
looks to me like your right leg starts to go backwards, making your back arch, which then causes you to lost control. At first i wanted to say you lose tension in your shoulder towards the end but I think it is the leg that causes it.
your alignment looks interesting as well, but what ever works. great blog by the way, I will definitely be following it

You wanna be more piked. Like, Bend your hips a little, that will give you more balance. But that's from a bboy perspective.
