I think our guys were amazing, it's just question of comparison. I think without being familiar the "hockey-situation" in Hungary (number of ice rinks, financial support) it' s really easy to say that Hungary is not even close to the level of the other teams, but these guys are awesome!!!

Easy big fella, I'm not sure which media outlet you follow, but most of the Canadian media applauded Hungary's effort, nobody likes to see smaller nations beaten badly. Also, most Canadians do not care to much about the IIHF World's because the tournament is always on during the NHL playoffs, and most fans like that better.

Here it was the same, when we managed it to A in three years, and in 2000,2002 the hockey was on the top of popularity here. But nowadays it doesn´t attract such a interest except matches with Czechs, Canada or Russia..

However I have to say that referee seemed to judge basketball. So sometimes it is referee who helps you a lot..When we played 5 on 5 it was equal..

First congratulations to Canade for the silver medal, as you can see everybody has room for improvement.
