Although is months old...It's the second Shaun White better than the first one?

I hated the single player of the first one, a weird mission mode and no exhibition or time trial mode to play freely. However, me and my friends loved the co-op and competitive multiplayer.

So probably the question are: It's the single player better this time? it's the multiplayer as good as the first one?
