Joey is declared the fastest Metal drummer and you are all right he is very fast but that isn't why he well-known. He has technique just like every other drummer in the world popular or not. Roy is indeed the Stone Sour drummer currently and both of them have collaborated in many great bands now and in the past. The fact is that no real drummer considers themselves as the best, they play for their love and passion for the music and their ability. I think all drummers are great musicians n people

I didn't know, that this guy is Sepultura's new drummer. I think my whole knowledge of the band is, sour. I actually thought Roy Mayorga was the current singer. It turns out that he's actually the drummer. What about the Cavalera's. Can some1 help me out with who's who and what happened to who. I need to know because these guys could be legends inthe near future(not like they aren't now) and wiki's too in-depth and i'm too lazy. Thanks for this inspirational vid.

I haven't paid so much attention on Roy until I saw the roadrunner united concert...

and please don't compare drummers with each other, because basically, drummers has their own styles... nobody can tell who's better or whatever because each of these talented artists aims to be unique, and thus creating their own style.

joeys not a good drummer, hes just extremely fast, alot of durmmers today are going more for speed then a good decent sound and thats what joey did....but i still like slipknot they were amazing at mayhem fest last year

I wouldn't say Joey Jordison is not a good drummer and he's only fast. Although it's kinda true that he's just like alot of the other drummers around doing the same thing but I still give him a lot of credit for being far more creative than other drummers. He's not crazy technical @all but does beats that get people who don't know better into the music that much more. Roy Mayorga's way better though

@thnk4urself I disagree somewhat. Roy won't stop flailing around while he drums. He's fairly clean, but he could do a wider variety of stuff if he just settled down a bit. I think Joey's very good; he's not the absolute best technical drummer around, but as you said, he is very creative with his beats. He and Roy are just different, but they're both pretty good.

@HawkEyez9001 With Joey happens the same with portnoy. They are extremely popular drummers, cuz they are super fast, hit a lot of stuff that's why the big kits and they are super flashy. Danny Carey, Thomas Lang, Benny Greb, Gavin Harrison they are better drummers but their style is not necessarily popular, nor easy to comprehend
