  • It has been determined , that where a sex offender lives has no bearing on reoffending, Plus, the registry puts all on it on Predatory status, and I feel if these guys are girls are THAT dangerous, they shouldnt be out of prison. Itd be like letting out a Serial Murderer, or Robber, and then just notifying the public. How does that make us safer? Truth be told, nothing can be done until they break the law, and the deed is done.

  • Teens are young adults, and the most under represented group in the world.

I will be adding a page to my site, which will feature amazing teens.

    Candynipple com

  • @leelahutt1 Even people who get busted for drug offenses are the most likely to committ the same drug offense again too. Also with people who get arrested for DUI's . Robberies, domestic violence etc etc. Also alot of crimes don't all get reported to police because fear of retaliation to that individual is so high. I don't think all sex offenders should be treated the same. There are differences in each sex crime.

  • @101johngalt I agree, but it happens, but, some states are making romeo and juliet scenerios exempt from the registry! ive heard of people mooning people being put on registries!

  • @leelahutt1 The point is. not all Sex offenders are Rapist or Pedophiles. And the one whos most likely to rape ur child is living in your house. thats what statistics show, yet people find it easier to look at others as more dangerous to themselves! Jessica Lunsfords brother was convicted of being with a 15 year old, YET, his father didnt want him on the registry. The proscecutor told him that she wasnt going to make his son an exception to a law that HE himself advocated! Serves him right!

  • Of course they do not work, they are nothing but a placebo to pacify the sheeple.

  • @OfficialSOIssues I agree, and people lobbied for the registry. I believe Petitions for laws are like Signing Blank Checks. you dont know what freedoms its gonna cost us! The registry is not being used for what it was originally intended for.

  • A judge once said, that by the same reason they use to put sex offenses on the registry,, ANYONE who ever committed a felony should be on it! and some believe that misdemeanors should be on it too! its about a lack of respect for humanity! if you will rob, ur likely to rape too! and its already known that rape is NoT about sex, its about Control,, so wife beaters would fall into the same category!

  • @SOTVPRESENTS If there is any truth to what you're saying, then the registry makes those on it (justifiably on it or not) more likely to reoffend. Ostracizing them from achieving what we say is a normal life because the TV paints them all as the "worst case scenario," actually achieves in making them what the talking heads want us to believe. To me it's scarier thinking we're making them worse than knowing people like that are actually out there.

  • @sovereign120 i saw a sex offender data base ad once, and it had a picture of this 5 year old girl playing in daises,, and it says,, PRoTecT her, Find oUT WHERE THE Sex offenders live in YOUR Neighborhood! fact is, 70 percent of Sex offenders convictions didnt even involve children! and most of the rest, the minor was 15 to 17,, NOT 5 years old!

  • More "Fair and Balanced" than Fox News. Now this is Journalism and not the Fox agenda of making the news.

  • I don't know what causes a s-e-x offender to become one. With that being said, I can't say for sure that MY OWN son or daughter won't be afflicted with some abnormality that effects who they are sexually attracted to. I DO know however that if you do the crime you have to do the time in order to deserve a second chance. I'm not completely sold on ANYTHING that allows the dismissal of constitutional due process (no review or appeal process) because we loathe the registrants so much.

  • @sovereign120 There are signs that point to a potential sex crime. They are lack of: a career; real friends; and an intimate partner. These lead a person to become desperate and likely to make irrational and inappropriate decisions. If you'd like to learn more, please visit our site.

  • @SOTVPRESENTS Thats what the system wants,, its called CHOW! Job security for the Judge, Proscutor, and revenue for the state! Just like in OHIO, and with most states,, the Federal Government threatened to withhold 2.5 million in federal grants if the states didnt enforce the Adam Walsh Act! Thats Blackmail!, Plus,,why do we have to go back 30 years to find a case to build a new law on???

  • @sovereign120 most sex offenders are on the registry due to age issues! not forced rape! most so called Child MOLESTATION is actually consensual ,,BUT by law in some states, young people under certain ages cannot Consent! But the news never tells it it wasnt forced!

  • People please educate yourselves. It is true not all people on the sex offender registry are dangerous predators. We have blown this way out of proportion because these laws make everyone feel good. Mostly the police, prosecutors, and lawyers. It is all about money-and power. It has done nothing but cause heartache and sadness to most of the people on the registry. Because truth be told the majority of them shouldn't be on the list.

  • @volcomchic23 Read the paper, cops, judges, proscecutors, firemen, and Servicemen seems to be the perpetrators of these new crimes, Not registered offenders!

  • @volcomchic23 There are also 14 year olds registered as Predators on the list? what for? are they predators for finding other 14 year olds attractive? O^O The only thing the registry prevents is the peopel that is registered from finding homes or Jobs. AND THATS WHAT ITS INTENDED FOR! Subterfuge! Thats what it all is! When i watched the Duke-Lacross Case, I realized how the courts just want convictions. But they messed with people with money who uncovered their plots! LOVED IT!

  • @volcomchic23 well, The government has presented it in a way that makes people feel the way they do. The whole thing was created out of Hysterics. And any phsyc book would tell you that people can NEVER make Rational Decisions while in Hysterics! Emotions get in the way of Reasoning! Meagans Law was Vengeance,! ! An angry mother who just wanted to make SOMEONE PAY! I understand her pain, but, if she had known, how would that help? AND Criminal Convictions were PUBLIC RECORD even then!

  • @volcomchic23 I agree, The Federal Goverment has Blackmailed states who dont even want the registry to participate or risk loosing Government funding. But heres another catch, From what I hear , it would use up all the Federal Funding to Enforce the laws , even if they did, so , they usualy make people register who wouldnt have been made to register prior to 2008, to get the funding, then, they dont follow up on the offenders, who they feel arent a danger, yet the offenders cant get jobs!

  • The public, in my opinion, cant be trusted with personel information about anybody for any reason. I Think the sex offender registry does not work and puts families at risk causing a bigger problem for everyone. Did the registry approach prevent the Tragic Sara Foxwell murder?

  • @yourboycal MOST on regstry r NOT Dngrus,r NOT pdophils!Their livs r ruind.job loss, famly/hom loss, havng 2look ovr shldrs 4nutcse vgilnts wh don't care tht most r Romeo-Juliet 19 yr boyfrnd 15 yr girlfrn.peed pblicly moond smbdy visitd teen prstitut wh lied abt hr age.he may b a pathtc scumbag bt dangrus? hardly. He cld b 1 of th huge numbrs dwnldg"child" porn MOST R adolsnt grls/guy.Do men check age?who does th bloatd rgstry help?THINK GARRIDO !18 Yrs COMPLIANCE PEOPLE! the laws R MAD!

  • If you posted 'hang em' or 'shoot em', or some derivative of that, then you have fallen prey to mad cow hysteria.

The truth, is that today, most 'sex offenders' are neither a pedophile, a rapist, or even dangerous. Yea, that was true 10 years ago, but today it has become fashionable to just label everyone 'sex offender'. You don't even have to have a victim any more.

If you want to make public safer, get off the people who are not a threat.

  • @panderingvictim its all coming out that None of the restrictions imposed by the Registry deters anything! so its only Punishment! public humiliation! And you cannot Punish someone Twice for the same crime!

  • @panderingvictim we dont even know if it was true 10 years ago! most offenders are such because of plea bargaining! And they do so because of their attorney advising them to, because of public feelings! A judge once said, that in most if not all child molestation cases, there is little to NO evidence! Just hear say, and usually victim advocates places words in the "victims"mouth, and the child is made to put on an act on the witness stand!

  • @panderingvictim I agree, The new Adams Walsh Act requires EVERYONE thas pleas to a "Sex Crime" to register, regardless of threat. Judges do not have discretion over who does anymore. People who pled out to Certain crimes 2 years ago didnt have to register, yet people who commit the same crimes now have to. If a person is not deemed dangerous and made to register ,it constitutes double punishment, which is Unconstitutional!

  • @panderingvictim Yes, and how are women who cant even remember where they parked their car at the mall going to remember 500 faces ,names ,tatoos and car makes on a registry?

  • @panderingvictim what gets me is that people seems to think that Sex crimes are the ONLY crimes, and many of those that scream , "KILL SEX OFFENDERS" seems to be the one that teach their kids that women are Hoes, and teach them to yell profanities out car windows, and other bad behaviors, but seem SO concerned when they think somone is kissin their kid. and last time i checked, Murder was a more serious crime than sex offending! Go figure! Point made!

  • Hang them.

  • @nonaCbarC So I guess you are okay with hanging a child, say a 14 year old having sex with a 13 year old? Hanging them may stop one, but it will not stop all those out there who haven't been caught yet. People like you, are why society is going to hell.

  • @OfficialSOIssues i see youre not senseless though, obviously thats not a crime, nor should that be throw anywhere near the same pile as the break into your house steal your children for godawfulness

  • @OfficialSOIssues

A state is better governed which has few laws, and those laws strictly observed.

    -Rene Descartes-

Harsh punishments are much more civilized than letting criminals go.

  • @nonaCbarC i think lots of laws equal lots of ways to trap people into having to pay fines and court cost, to make up for lost revenue from foreclosed homes which the cities are loosing taxation on, not to mention the jobs that are lost!

  • @Dreambro1

    :D

    OK, Bro.

However, I don't know how your reply can be a reply to my comment.

  • Do you all get that not all 'sex offenders" are who you think they are? VERY FEW ever touched a child, and that is what these laws were intended to protect right? A majority of those on the registry are no more dangerous than you or me (if you aren't dangerous, I know I'm not). Most abuse comes from within the home or someone who knows that child and the child trusts i.e. the babysitter, coach, teacher, etc. NOT someone on the registry. What happens to the drug dealer/murderer when released?

  • Of course the laws do not work, they are nothing but feel good placebos to make everyone feel like congress is doing something, when they are distracting us from the socialist now running the government.

  • @OfficialSOIssues lol keep watching the puppet show buddy

  • @narezul What are you talking about? And I am NOT your "buddy!"

  • @OfficialSOIssues nice anti casual affection. but from your kind its ok. anyhow im talking about you calling obama a socialist, just like fox taught you, and more than likely being stuck on the bullshit puppet show of left vs right when they have the same owners therefore the job they do will be to the same goals...aside from their own personal dirty dealings with whomever is going to pay out for them at a later date. its a game a sham a show and as long as your hypotized by it youll see nothing

  • or they can live in jail or not live at all. put a bullet is these people.

  • Most of the sex offenders are just lonley looking for companionship or sex. They pray kids because there easy targets and can fool them vs someone there own age. You wanna drop the number of child abuse cases? Legalize prositution with affordible prices so these men can vent there sexual desires on a government controlled sex trade vs going after your kids. Sure it wouldnt kill all the child sex offenders but it would sure the hell bring the numbers down dramatically

  • @yourboycal You are truly fucked in the head if you equate sex with an adult with defilement of a child. Do the world a favor and quit consuming oxygen.

  • @M14Mann IF i want to hear baseless rants i'll go to fox news and listien to obama. Why dont you say something productive instead of insulting other peoples intelligence good sir ?Are you capable? Do you have anything to offer to the discussion besides your small ego ? What are you trying to make up for ? Rough child hood? Dropped as a child? Neglected parents?

  • MOST on regstry r NOT Dngrus,r NOT pdophils!Their livs r ruind.job loss, famly/hom loss, havng 2look ovr shldrs 4nutcse vgilnts wh don't care tht most r Romeo-Juliet 19 yr boyfrnd 15 yr girlfrn.,peed pblicly moond smbdy visitd teen prstitut wh lied abt age.he may b a pathtc scumbg bt dngrus? hardly. He cld b 1 of th huge nmbrs dwnldg"child" porn MOST adolsnt grls/guys.Do men check age? But, is this usd 2 trap men who'd nevr hrt fly?who ds th bloatd rgstry help?THINK GARIDO !18 Yrs COMPLIANCE!
