It has been determined , that where a sex offender lives has no bearing on reoffending, Plus, the registry puts all on it on Predatory status, and I feel if these guys are girls are THAT dangerous, they shouldnt be out of prison. @leelahutt1 Even people who get busted for drug offenses are the most likely to committ the same drug offense again too. Also with people who get arrested for DUI's . Robberies, domestic violence etc etc. Also alot of crimes don't all get reported to police because fear of retaliation to that individual is so high. I don't know what causes a s-e-x offender to become one. With that being said, I can't say for sure that MY OWN son or daughter won't be afflicted with some abnormality that effects who they are sexually attracted to. I DO know however that if you do the crime you have to do the time in order to deserve a second chance. I'm not completely sold on ANYTHING that allows the dismissal of constitutional due process (no review or appeal process) because we loathe the registrants so much.
