  • I remember Mr. Data singing this song in Star Trek: Nemesis :-)

  • i am playing this in jazz band so awsome. has a nice tune

  • I find many people saying that they don't make music like this anymore. And that is somewhat true, though not completely. They don't make that kind of music exactly, but if you search and listen, you can sometimes find some music that is though not that famous, but just as nice as this song is in its own ways. So instead of sighing for what has passed by, it's better to enjoy this music and search for something you will like from what they make now. And if you look hard enough, you will find.

  • @Tauren444 course you got that Rap crap.

  • @Oblivionbolt1 That is not what i was talking about. I hate rap actually, but that's beside the point. You can always find nice music if you look, even though it will not be the same as this. There are many, many genres of music, and you will find something you like if you look.

OMG, UR SO KEWL! LooK! A TEENAGER WHO LOVES MUSIC OTHER THAN EMO POP / TOP 40 DANCE AND MTV CRAP...OOHH LA LA.

Seriously, get a grip on yourself. So what, you like old music? Want a cookie? The real virture is in liking it and NOT needing the approval of complete strangers..

  • A classic song, sung by a classic singer Frank Sinatra.

  • Thumbs up if Star Trek brought you here...

  • To bad people don't produce music like this anymore, if this was a famous genre playing on 91.5 the beat or 103.5 instead of all this Lady Gaga, or Justin bieber shit, i bet the world would be a very different place.

  • No one can beat Mr. blue eyes :)

  • heh was a joke, Sinatra still remains the best :)

  • very good!

  • How come most popular American singers turn out to be Italian when you look up their heritage? xD

  • maybe its the olive oil?

  • Bing Crosby, Jack Jones, Mel Torme, Andy Williams, Eddie Fisher, Nat Cole and many other talented American singers were and are not Italian. But yes, several were and are. Sinatra, Bennett, Martin, Frankie Laine, Vic Damone. I think there's room for everybody... not one group has a monopoly on talent and popularity.

  • 'cause Italians are awesome. XDDDD

  • Jus imagine this....Its mid WW2, and your at a dance evening, dancing with your loved one with frankie singing this in the background.....

  • You should hear the one from his album "Blue skies"

The man was brilliant, and I love both versions, but honestly I prefer the "Blue skies" one =)

  • Just because you don't and won't respect the classics does not mean you can ruin other people respect for the music they love.

  • that guy surly listens to some kind of black satan death metal, and he finds screaming to guitar sounds a classic;P and at l1337hackzor, isn't this version just remastered?:P

  • Wow, our school's swing choir is singing this too! (Whichi is why I'm listening to it, to get ready for auditions!)

  • And I thought Data sang it well, wow Sinatra has one hell of a voice. I love it!!

  • in my opinion, Brent Spiner sang it better :)

  • Who is Brent Spiner? I'm willing to compare. But hey, the Bobby Soxer crowd were passing out when Frankie sang this. Did they anyone do that w/Brent Spiner?

  • Brent Spiner is an actor who sang part of this song in the movie Star Trek: Nemesis.

  • Really?! LoL! Brent Spiner is Data from Star Trek the next Generation. And yes, he did a GREAT job lol. He sang it in Nemesis, though you only heard a segment of it.

  • If you count Trekkies, then yeah, totally.

But in all seriousness, Spiner may not be as wonderful a singer as Sinatra, but in truth the song captures a certain poignancy...if you've never seen the movie, you won't know, and I won't tell you, but his character was probably the most popular of them all, and due to the events of the movie, most of us Trekkies equate the song with him. In fact, I only wandered in because I wanted to remember Data. It may sound strange to you, but that's what I did.

  • anybody know where i can get an instrumental blue skies?

  • Bye bye chemtrails; nothing but blue skies, do I see.
