1. How can they be certain the woman claiming welfare is that person whos name is on the paper?

hmm, the qur'anic quote cited doesn't necessarily mean that you have to wear niqab (there's different interpretations/ tafsirs- obviously, i'm not disregarding the opinin but since these are in parenthesis and not actually in the words of the Qur'an) i dislike when the other side uses this as absolute proof or to alienate (non-Arab) hijabi sisters . Doesn't it depress you when women become a product of society, enslaved to the fashion industry in order to get attention from men? You should be more worried about that, because that is the state of society today.

They are not Muslims but they could face a future where an Islamic revolution happens and all the sudden they're dressed like ninjas. 1. How can they be certain the woman claiming welfare is that person whos name is on the paper?
2. They suppose to be available for work and seeking work but what chance they got getting a job if the employer wont hire them as their face is covered?

BUT, their worth is the same, thus so should their rights be, and that is not the case in most muslim countries, and you can't deny that (ex.: Women in Saudi Arabie can't drive cars, and in some countries they don't even have the right to leave the house without their husband's permission). Women's situation in many muslim countries is extremely difficult.
