I don't live in a blighted/rough/whatever area but it isn't what I'd wish, and I've basically always lived check to check. I decided that until or unless I can get to a station in life that is secure, I'm not bringing a child into this world. If your parents have you in a place you are not happy, perhaps you will think enough to not do it to another child. Getting a girl pregnant is a choice, don't give me the ooops crap. Life may keep us down, but we don't have to give them another to do it to.
If one is a teen in a blighted area, it would seem that along about 1980 the parent gave birth. So, either they have a status change in life or they determined having a child in that area is okay. I always wonder why people choose to have children if they cannot figure out how to make a better life for themselves, let alone the children. In other words, if I'm doing the best I can and barely getting along; I'm not going to have a child and just hope they can figure out how to do better.

not bad at all. yours are more organized and clean. color can be fixed and it's not a key that defeats the good of housing. there're a lot flatment in my place as well. older ones are in smaller scale, worn, planted, and poor color. newer ones are in bigger scale, high-rise, normally colorful. they're good on their own.
