Would someone care to explain how to fly out to this paradise from a European location; such that stopovers in the USA might be avoided?
Or does the States effectively reserve the right to deny transit to certain individuals whom it has previously excluded, unless vistors' visas have been obtained in advance? Remember, the transit visa per se no longer exists....
