@MrKenseth17fan It's an old game called Nascar Racing 2003 season. People have developed mods for it including this one. You can find it at Amazon or Ebay today. Some copies don't come cheap since its out of production.

Quick question, the wreck at 22 seconds where the 66 wipes out the 64. How did you change it so that the 64 spun around so quickly? Looks really realistic
