I could never bloody do this mission. In the end I resorted to kamikazi runs...but even then I got chewed up by the British AA fire before I could complete my dive. How did you do this mission so easily. And I could have sworn there was a British aircraft carrier in the area too. As I remember being swarmed by Hurricaines.

@TheFree33333 Seriously, you need to look at Imperialist Japan's own mistakes instead of putting the whole blame on the Allied powers. If Japan hadn't committed all those massacres, they might have won the support of the Chinese. There are many reasons why Japan lost mainly because of their mistakes.

Japan lost due to fatal underestimation of the sheer amount of american resources and industrial capacity. Her most grave error was starting the war with the US in the first place. A much wiser strategy would have been to first knock out the large British and Dutch colonial presence in the pacific. This would have given a foothold from which to invade China and her massive resources. Only after all this should Japan have attacked the USA, when terms would have been more equal.

it's also scary to think of how the war could have turned out. If Hitler hadn't brashly attacked the Soviets and instead finished the job on wounded Britain, and then if Japan had co-operated with the soviets during the Chinese conquest, then look at the balance. You would have the Dutch colonies and the United States against the Germans, Italians, Soviets and Japanese Empire. The result of that war would be food for thought.

It had nothing to do with his attack on Russia. Britain defeated the Luftwaffe in the Battle of Britan, and that ensured Hitler could not invade Britain as he did not control British airspace. That result would have been the same whether he attacked russia or not. If Britain had lost, there would be no D-Day, no British victory in Africa, no British victory in Burma, no alied invason of italy, and the U.S would not have re-taken the philippines. Game over for the allies...

In a nutshell, the British victory in Burma under General Slim was vital the the U.S war effort in the pacific...

This is the worst mission on battlestations pacific im suprised that the Royal Navy have allowed the game to recreate the sinking of a famous and noble battleship, it would be better if the game re-writes it and has the prince of wales not sinking like they did with the Yamato on the last mission of Japanese campaign
