LeBron doesn't need better players, because if he were a true superstar, he'd make his teammates better by boosting their morale when it counts and keeping them focused on the game. Instead, he made them almost as arrogant as he was, and they stayed at the same level they were at, thinking they were at their peak in terms of abilities.
