2. he keeps dropping his right hand to "condition" the crowd that "he really does that". - misdirection

3. look at how he cover the cap with his right hand, that position is the preparation to palm the cap!

4. then he leaves so there's no way people could inspect his pockets.

Did anyone notice that when he pulled the bottle out he was covering the mid section of it. Obviously there was a cap already inside and he just knocked it down. The other cap he pulled away in his right hand.
