You are very understandable. You sound alot like Charlie Sheen. You may want to pronounce your d's and t's a little harder for it to sound more clear, but you're doing great. Relax your jaw when you make the o sounds and they will sound even more American. You're understandable and don't have a heavy accent. It's very subtle on occasion.

Your accent is great! There were a few words I caught you on in which you sounded a little strange, and that I used to hear that you were foreign: because, good, you, and video. Otherwise, you sound like an American. You sound like you're from Pennsylvania. Be aware that there's many different American accents (California, Texas, Midwest, New York, Boston, Southern, etc.); I'm not sure which one you are shooting for, but if you're looking for the standard American accent, I would try Midwest
