That was an absolutely MONSTROUS goal.

All 3 of the top videos of this goal start off missing the HUGE takeaway at center ice that happened with the Hawks on the PK. Towes pursues the puck on an aggressive penalty kill in the dying seconds and takes it away at center ice.

He goes in 1 on 3 and drives hard to the net and is pushed down. Hossa gets the puck on net and Towes buries it while on his knees.

Epic and classic Canadian goal. Towes > Anything Vancouver will ever accomplish

SO proud of my Hawks. Amazing run they had. Everyone doubted them and said Van would sweep. No way. They played with heart and passion the entire way and had a hell of a series. Congrats to the Canucks, I really can't believe it's over but I love my team so much. Oh and Corey Crawford is amazing, I can't even. GO HAWKS! <3
