Noah and Lot aren't the best examples. Noah was IN the mid of the storm but protected. Lot was not taken away, he was told to leave and not look back. Furthermore, you forget that the Israelites were protected from the plagues in Egypt (those that harmed). You are also ignoring that Paul, Peter and others were persecuted and executed and they were closer to God than you or me. Rev 6:9-11, 9:4, 16:2.
What does that have to do with the rapture of the church? Remember Lot was not just ask to leave he did not want to leave and the lord sent angels to physically drag him and his wife and daughters out of Sodom. Noah was, protected after he and those with him entered the ark god shut the door and his wrath came upon the wicked. The lost aren't the ones who disbelieve the secret rapture teaching; they are the ones who did not love, according to Jesus. And I don't see how the love of God can be declared with a secret rapture. God doesn't love just the ones who love Him. He'll take it as far as He can. The secret rapture doesn't show this.
Luke 21-36. It is all in his word it is not, spoken plainly, as if you would want to be, but it is there and there is no denying the word of god. Bottom line is, Have faith in it just to be safe there is no one benefiting from those who believe in the rapture it is all your total faith. Sry, but read text with text. I just quoted Mat and Jn in my reply to your other comment. Luke 21:36 was taken out of context with what Jesus said several verses earlier. The signs of nature and men fainting from fear; and then they see the sign of the Son of Man. Put v36 in context with the events listed by Jesus and He wasn't talking about being removed from earth bfore He comes back radiant and victorious. Daniel 12 also makes it clear there's no secret rapture before the 2nd Coming.

True, I don't know how close you are to God. Do not be alarmed, it is not my intention to provide tension. However, I do not think it's good to believe in the secret rapture. My reason is that I don't see much love in it. For me, my life has made me someone who expects vindication. I do not believe a God of love would just bring me to heaven without a vindication. And because of what I read in Rev 16, I firmly believe that the plagues would do just that; God would defend His cause of love.

Noah and Lot aren't the best examples. Noah was IN the mid of the storm but protected. Lot was not taken away, he was told to leave and not look back. Furthermore, you forget that the Israelites were protected from the plagues in Egypt (those that harmed). You are also ignoring that Paul, Peter and others were persecuted and executed and they were closer to God than you or me. Rev 6:9-11, 9:4, 16:2.

What does that have to do with the rapture of the church? Remember Lot was not just ask to leave he did not want to leave and the lord sent angels to physically drag him and his wife and daughters out of Sodom. Noah was, protected after he and those with him entered the ark god shut the door and his wrath came upon the wicked. Many prophets and followers of Christ were, persecuted and are still being, persecuted today.

Ok, I provided the Bible references. But to put it plainly, there's a few problems with the secret rapture teaching. (1)There's no Scripture for it. Paul and the others were not anticipating it; they anticipated a time when the elements would melt.(2)It assumes that taking His children away from the plagues is the only way to avoid His wrath. Eze 9:3-10 shows how God does it.(3)It assumes God's wrath is about dishing out judgment. Rev 16 says the wicked dont repent; the plagues are wake-up calls

I did :) The whole point of the Gospel isn't to wrangle with theology. It's to be show that God is love. As Christians, our obligation is to share and live the love that God has for us. The lost aren't the ones who disbelieve the secret rapture teaching; they are the ones who did not love, according to Jesus. And I don't see how the love of God can be declared with a secret rapture. God doesn't love just the ones who love Him. He'll take it as far as He can. The secret rapture doesn't show this.

Sry, but read text with text. I just quoted Mat and Jn in my reply to your other comment. Luke 21:36 was taken out of context with what Jesus said several verses earlier. The signs of nature and men fainting from fear; and then they see the sign of the Son of Man. Put v36 in context with the events listed by Jesus and He wasn't talking about being removed from earth bfore He comes back radiant and victorious. Daniel 12 also makes it clear there's no secret rapture before the 2nd Coming.

But why ignore Mat 24:20 and Jn 17:14-15? If you read it together with Luke 21:36, "escape" doesn't mean we'll be taken from earth to heaven. Would you deny Jesus' own words? I made up my mind on all of Jesus' words. Why hinge on this text? I don't think you've investigated all the texts and weighed. Why are you so eager to be removed from earth before the "Gospel will spread throughout the world"? There are many who have not heard of God's love.

True, I don't know how close you are to God. Do not be alarmed, it is not my intention to provide tension. However, I do not think it's good to believe in the secret rapture. My reason is that I don't see much love in it. For me, my life has made me someone who expects vindication. I do not believe a God of love would just bring me to heaven without a vindication. And because of what I read in Rev 16, I firmly believe that the plagues would do just that; God would defend His cause of love.

They are confused and false teachers. Why would the lord leave his people down here to endure punishment meant for the wicked? The tribulation period is for the unsaved/ not the saved and he will remove us before wrath is, poured upon the wicked. The Tribulation Saints are the ones who realize there is a god and repent these are the ones in the caves hiding from the inquisition.
