As a man who was born in Toronto back in the 40s, I can assure you that the bulk of Toronto's crime is imported. I remember when we had one murder a year, and the murderer was hung in public at the Don Jail.

It would help if we could find out what kind of car is in the surveilance. It looks like a new model Nissan, or a Chrisler 300...I can only make suggestions based on the size of the trunk, and the shape of the window area on the doors...has anyone else got an idea?
