How expensive are these homes?

@Achbar This is only my guess but I think if you wanted to build a 2 or 3 br house like that in the Philippines would only cost you around 10K US dollar. Depends in what area you're goin to build it. I would suggest to have it build in an area whith less foriegner, so the prices of the materials are not expensive compare to a well known cities where foreigners live.
