From all of what I've heard about Harlem it seems it could stand to have its "essence" "messed up."

I really do hope that the new owners enjoy their home. They seem like decent, hard-working people. Yes, it is unfortunate that gentrification displaces people, but this is prime real-estate, only a few miles from midtown. And, to be honest, Harlem was really in need of some change. Five to ten years ago, it was a bunch of boarded-up crack dens. Now it is starting to thrive.
