i feel so sorry four this little girl cuz i am going threw the same exact thing as her right now i had almost 15 cavaties in my mouth one infected tooth and all of my wisdom that need too be removed bye iv seditation right now all cuz i was freaking traumatized at the dentists office as a little girl which resulted in me not going too the dentist 4 about 10 or 11 years up untill last month when i had all the cavaties in my mouth filled
@northernstudio You only need an airway secured if you are given total general anesthesia where you can't breathe on your own. For dental procedures, they only use conscious sedation and you still have full control of your vital functions, thus an airway is not necessary.
The little cutie looks so peaceful at the end when she's still under the sedation. IV sedation is the best way forward for otherwise difficult and stressful procedures.
@4merF if you live in the san fernando valley or los angeles area, message me and i can find you a dentist to get this done, its very simple and easy, best regards
@GERRYK66 Thanks for the concern and the response....I'm in Eastern Canada....I will look around now that I know this exists. I am going to make "getting over my dental fears" my new years resolution for 2012! Thanks!

I find it strange that the unconscious girl has no airway secured e.g. nasal-tracheal tube etc.
