this is like S.978 but even more stupid if this passes then democracy need to be redfined in the English Dictionary to say
Democracy: 1914-2011: a system of government by the whole population or all the eligible to vote on laws ect ect
if sopa passes Democracy 2012: a govement may refuse to listen to its people despite mass opposment to set actions and ideas
