This is great to see the Mil furneral of Gen Rose. See such maybe odd to some but to a Mil person it is somber moment. Gen Rose was a great person and so sad he was lost so young as men in his unit. Peace be onto him.

Rose was a true soldier, a tough one. That is probably why HE died in combat and Patton died in a car crash. He was one of few American Commanders who could resist and fight off an attack of well equipped Panzer SS forces.

I am convinced that the Gods will hold his soul in mercy. Rest in Peace General.

General Rose was a true hero, much beloved by his men, who died in battle leading his outfit across Germany. God rest his soul.

I think patton was the actor while General Rose was the General... my uncle was a decorated tommy carring medic.. silver twice and bronze.. nightmares til this day.. what an under written war..
