hey ewan970 i lost lots of cars doing pink slip races and there is no way you can snap your fingers to get them back but what i did is saved up to buy one of those motor cycles and i heard a tip from my friend that before you do a pink slip go over to options and go to game and turn off auto save then if you lost the pink slip race just restart your counsel and you can race again so just keep doing that until you eventually win.
