If you know Volibear and his passive that helps him regenerate health faster. This is almost the same only it stuns any male hero except for Gayric and Biebreal of course o.o

This is his passive in Riot's words " Chosen of the Storm: Volibear heals rapidly for a few seconds when his health drops to a critical level." Passive effects can have cooldowns if they activate when certain conditions are met.

Voli's has a 60 seconds cd, it used to reset if he dies,but that was removed.

LB's passive also has a colldown.
