any help? i just got a cross trainer e and everytime i try to change the wait it EEE out and will continue to do so even after waiting two seconds for the machine to reset.
Its hard to recall but I remember it reminded me of an electronics power cord. It either had a large box on the plugin or somewhere in the middle of the cord. I'm sure it was to step down the voltage for the electronics. Contact ProForm in Utah. They would know.
