Lest We Forget, I tried not to play any FPS game on Remembrance day but I can't, so i just wore a poppy, =(

Countries like, Canada, Australia and other commonwealth countries worked for us, the Brits! We created Remembrance Day because we can. At first it was to commemorate soldiers that fought for us. Then it became a charity run event to support families dealing with their love ones that have faced war and still is. The poppies are a symbol for the men that have died over on the french fields which after the war grew a load poppies. If you get the white poppy I'll actually eat your face off!

I had been travelling internationally for the last couple weeks and flew back into the US on Thursday morning. Somebody had to remind me that it was Veterans Day (no mail, banks were closed, etc.) and I felt pretty darn embarrassed on having to be cluded into the importance of the day. here in england we have a 2 mintue scilence for remeberance day and i use that to remember my great grandfather who live entill last year but faught in world war 2 from 1939-1944 when he was injured by some grenade shrapnel so i know how the wars have effected the world so god bless those brave soilders both past and present

@CRich4321 Obviously you haven't learned about world war one yet. In world war one, Canada was basically the son of Britain. Britain got caught up in a chain reaction of alliances and Canada was forced to fight alongside Britain and France against the Germans. During world war one there was a battle at Vimy Ridge where neither France or Britain could get into after 4 weeks of fighting total. Then it was Canada's turn to give it a shot and w took it in 7 HOURS. So fuck you.
