When a capsule enters the atmosphere, before the parachute deploys, what keeps its Heat Shield side first? Does it use gyros, thrusters, or is there natural stability in the design? Why doesn't it tumble out of control, or fly like an arrow with the small end in front?

@srstacy i believe it's because it's rotating, remember it wont have lost it's spin that was set on it just before the final stage jettisoned.

I've always wondered, why not intagrate a system that can clean off the solar panels? I know it's no revalation, but why hasn't it been implimented?
