@twilightwindwaker 1) actually this part was unknown but perhaps the Romans were to affraid to take it away from him
2) the chain is propably animation error you actually found it remember this was done by a Belgium company not US
3) its never admitted whether the Mistletoe itself is important for the potion the druid might collect it for taste purposes or because of the fact its a holly plant in his beliefs
4) the Strawberries aren't important they're making fun of the Romans
