    You should wake up early go do some jogging do this, and when you get home from work or whatever go jogging and do this again i used to weigh 132 and now weigh 115 so it works, also cutout all sweets and eat all organic foods as much as possible, and eat 5 times a day but very light i eat the way miranda kerr eats and do yoga alot

  • @MrUndertakerownz Hi, once a day is fine, but it's up to you if you feel energetic enough to do it twice. Then you can add some push ups, sit ups, and perhaps some leg lifts :o)

  • @meautiayu Hi, I'm so glad you like it. It is normal for your calves to feel sore when you first start doing this routine. Be sure you stretch when you are done. If you feel very sore, skip a day and let them heal a bit before resuming. You don't want any injuries because that will only set you back with our exercise plan.

  • @mehreenheartsbeauty Hi, I don't recommend trying to lose more than 1-2 pounds per week. So I would say give yourself 2-3 months for best results.

  • @miszha024 Hi, this video will definitely help you lose weight. You also need to maintain a healthy diet with portion control. I have do have several diet videos uploaded that I think you will find helpful. I also recommend you add some resistance training with weights.

  • I LOVE THIS! I do this all the time in my room with my music on! Just wondering, is this workout a good alternative to running outside? Is it the same amount of cardio or should I switch it up. I'm trying to tone my body and lose a bit of weight fast.

  • well ashamed to admit that after being in the swimming team in highschool I had to stop twice and at 8:11 i started to see black spots and had to lay on the couch for a bit. Quited smoking 8 months ago and thought I could keep up with a woman but boy was I wrong :(

    I guess years and years of junk food and 0 exercise pays up.... and I am just 29 damn it!!!!!

  • @coolguy9239 Hi, don't be hard on yourself. I'm sure as a former athlete you know that exercise needs to be done constantly to stay in competing shape. I'm so glad you hear you quit smoking. That's so important and certainly takes a toll on your lung capacity and fitness level. I hope you will continue to challenge yourself and I'm sure before you know it it will be easy for you!   • @YouTips4U Hi, I am doing your workout again today, I've watched more than 50+ videos and this is really the best there is. Easy enough for begginners like me to do and intense enough to burn a lot of calories and even advanced people will have hard time doing the full with no rest.

    I really want to commend you on your stamina it just shows your perserverance.

    I plan on making this workout a part of my lifestyle :)

  • @akaur86 Hi! thx! :) I'm doing this exercise every day and I'm trying to eat as healthy as I can.In my opinion (believe it or not) it's easier to lose weight than you think.To lose weight,you have to take in less calories and boost up your metabolic rate (by doing this exercise).

  • @rohinraj Hi, I'm so glad you like it. This video will definitely help you slim down and shed excess fat from your tummy. It will also strengthen your core, but you will also want to do target ab exercises like sit ups to tone and flatten and bring out your six pack! I have lots of ab workout videos for you to choose from. Pick some varied exercise routines that you like and spend at least 10-12 on your abs 3-4 times a week for best results.

  • Hi,a few months ago I had a top rated comment and I was very happy for that :D I was overweight all my life (I'm a 18 years old guy) but although I can't believe it I've lost about 18kgs (39,70 pounds) in approximately 4 month.I'm doing this exercise daily and I feel a lot better.This is the second month that I have probably the ideal weight :D I got to say thank you again for your work and for helping me so much :D I hope I can maintain my weight.   • @959Sk8R117 Kepp in mind if you dont do much exercise your body cant keep up but do 5 minutes every day for 7 days then add 5 more minutes and so on and also stop smoking it really damages your lungs and in long terms it could kill you

  • @959Sk8R117 Hi, I don't recommend crash diets. They can be very damaging and often result in gaining the weight right back again. You need to change your lifestyle and lose weight at a slow steady pace that does not shock your body. Smoking can definitely cause you to become easily winded and have a difficult time athletically. It's best if you quit completely asap. You should not be experiencing pains in your heart; you should speak to your doctor about that before resuming exercise.

  • @youtips4u - sorry for the late reply.... - I am 5'7" and 154 ... its been about a month i started portion control as well ... i am still between 150 - 154 ... right now I am doing your 40 min. abs workout 1 day ( 3 times a week) & aerobic yoga (3 times a week..) - i am not sure what exactly is going on that ..m not shedding lbs... my legs started to hurt so m taking a break from cardio at the moment.. will resume soon...   • @akaur86 Well, you probably have to cut a bit more calories and increase your cardio a bit. Perhaps add an extra day. Your body is comfortable where it is with your exercise program and diet which is great if you want to maintain a current weight, but if you want to lose weight, you would have to alter both exercise and diet, or just exercise more so you burn more calories than you are currently taking in. You should probably rest your legs till they're better then plan your strategy.

  • @MissMilann Hi, it depends on your weight and the intensity you performed the exercises at. If you worked hard and were breathing heavy and got your heart rate up then you were probably in that range. 150 calories is based on someone who weighs between 130 and 150 pounds. If you weigh less than that, you probably burn a little less calories and if you weigh more than that, you probably burn a bit more. It's just an estimate.

  • @Cherglyisss124 Hi, you probably didn't perform the movement with enough intensity. Next time you do it swing your arms more and jog and jump a bit higher. That should help get your heart rate up.

  • hI my mother wanted to be a exercise trainer but she developed diabetes so she couldn't and she really depended on that and enjoyed exercising :( So i do hope you have fun exercising :)

  • I did this two days ago, and my calf muscles are in constant pain. They feel like the muscle is constantly tightened and it hurts really bad going down stairs. I even walk funny, and haven't walked normal the past few days. Is this good or bad?

  • @BrittanyDfufu Hi, I'm sorry to hear you're so sore. Give your legs a rest and let them heal before you resume exercise again. You are just not use to this level of intensity, but the good news is that you will get less sore each time you do as your body gets used to the new challenge. This is very common when someone starts exercising vigorously and has not done it for a while.

  • I've been doing this exercise for a while now. You've made a terrific video, and you always motivate me.

    But I think I may have a problem: when I am jogging and jumping on my feet, the inner sides of my legs hurt. It feels kind of like a bruise inside of my legs. Should I continue with the rutine?

  • @Marialeecha Hi, it sounds like you may have shin splints. This is very common and usually caused by overuse. Give your legs a break for a few days and apply ice to your shins. There are exercises you can do that will help to build up the muscles in that area to help prevent this. I've had them too. I get them from running too much or doing too much high impact aerobics. Wrapping them will help during exercise, but resting them is the way to get rid of it.

  • It was a good workout, I was sweating half way through. I did pilates before this, and I've lost weight. I have asthma, so I had to stop and use my inhaler half way through, and I had to re-hydrate, which I wish you gave a hydration pause in this video. Really good.

  • At first I did the sit-ups wrong but now I know how to do them and my neck still hurts. I guess my neck muscles need a little bit more training. I sure will tell you when the big day comes:) Once again, Thank you for the amazing video and response.

  • @Sanavapiits My pleasure! Be sure you let your neck muscles heal enough before you begin doing the sit ups again. Doing sit-ups actually does strengthen your neck, so it is possible that you are feeling the effects more than usual because your muscles are sore. I still get that sometimes as well. It usually happens to me after I lift weights because I've already used my neck muscles a bit to lift weights.

  • I've been doing sit-ups and stuff like that, but training my stomach makes my neck hurt bad so I can't do much of these. This workout in the other hand is WONDERFUL. My boyfriend for almost two years now knows I need motivation and he agreed to buy me an engagement ring if i lose 20kg. I'm 173cm and 90kg. Did the 10min workout in one row. Too soon for results but I'll keep you updated. Thanks!
