I'm not sure I get it. 5 stars? The style sounds too much like generic pseudo-feminist semi-rock strongly lacking in uniqueness. These aren't comparisons but examples; Tori Amos, Hope Sandoval, Hayley Williams, Cristina Scabbia, Allison Krouse, etc. Whether or not you like their style or songs, you can easily pick them out of a crowd. Don't get me wrong, Kate Voegele is a good singer, but among many indistinguishable singers. A tv show and "hotness" shouldn't make you a start songstress. :)
