@Bigcity204 Muslims and Wiccans are the same in the sense that they both do not know God. They have not accepted Jesus as the son of God and as their savior and they do not follow God's word. The Wiccans who come from a Christian background are just turned away from God but the other one's don't know him. They are in the dark and must see the light and truth. But you cannot condemn them just pray with them and for them and be kind to them so that they will see God's love through you.

If you write down sins for which you have already repented to the Lord then you're digging things up that He has already buried. @LordShivasServant Happy to help. Every major revivalist in history has been convinced that about 98% of the people that call themselves "Christians" are going to burn in hell. It's entirely possibly that you haven't met any real Jesus lovers until now. Sad to say. I cry about it a lot. So many don't believe that God speaks and try to crucify anyone that does.
I will add, that I've heard God in ways other than "intuitive knowing." Like audibly outside my head, visions, dreams, and in person
Out of respect for the few Christians I do know, I have to mention that I have met real "Jesus lovers", and their faith even brings warmth into my life and those willing to appreciate it.
However, I'm still confused. Christians tell me Demons are incredibly manipulative, and I agree. But what if who you're dealing with is ANOTHER DEMON? Taking the logic of their trickery to it's ultimate conclusion. A stronger Demon who protects you from others?
@LordShivasServant Well, there are 2 answers. One is that the Bible gives us ways to flush them out. I John 4:2 for example - and I know it to work well. Now your next argument might be that the Bible was written by THE demon that could pass THAT test so as to trick you into following it. Well, then we're going to have to dig into the definition of "demon." Do we mean supernatural entity or evil fallen angel? Certainly, there is a hierarchy & at some point you hit THE biggest, strongest entity.
@LordShivasServant The other difference is HOLINESS. And this might seem hard to explain without first-hand experience. The Bible says that demons can APPEAR as angels of light. Not that they ARE, just that they try to pretend they are. But someone that really knows that LIGHT, knows how WHITE it is, will not settle for anything LESS than that whiteness. I have been in the presence of pure whiteness and begged Him to go away because it exposed ALL my blackness - and the contrast was EXTREME.
@fotm1 I'd like to let you know that I'm looking for the truth, not an argument ;) I'm no stranger to the "other side", and my searches have led me to things like Gnosticism that teach that your God is a Demon and that God-God works in a totally different way. Not that I believe everything I read.

I hear God- all the time, every day. And I'm not the only one. The difference is LOVE.

Um I think I've been targeted by a demon or something since I was little. I've had some freaky stuff happen to me, but I grew up in a non-religous family. And yet I was still targeted. I'm the only one that has seen this stuff or has had stuff happen to me in my family. I wonder why I'm being targeted. I've decided to study demons to try and figure out why. Nothing has really happened since the night that my door opened on it's own and I told whatever it was to go away. Yet I still feel watched.
Why are God's favorite children humans, creatures of flesh and the passions? Certainly angels and demons, ethereal creatures of pure mind and rationality, are more like God.

something doesnt make sense for me, demons are fallen angels and thus must have higher intelligence then us lowly humans, now why would they appear or make their presence known to people? thats kindof a stupid move being a non believer like myself seeing an actual demon or being made aware if their presence would inadvertently prove the existence of god, if theres a devil there has to be a god and thus would defeat themselves because then by their actions would have made a new follower of god.

Ezekiel 1:16 "This was the appearance and structure of the wheels: They sparkled like chrysolite, and all four looked alike. Each appeared to be made like a wheel intersecting a wheel."

I also have seen where the head of a family will open the door to something wicked and it gets legal ground to attack others in the family. I don't serve the Lord because of blackmail or guilt or whatever. I CHOOSE to serve Him because I love Him and I know that His ways are best. I serve regardless of reward or punishment. i was possessed by demons and tons of demons. Took 4 hour exocism first day, The demons inside my body could speak 16 different languages and ancients languages. I thank God Jesus gave me my life back and now i can talk again. The demons said they hate dirt and never bow down to dirt. Demons said they hate everything and everyone. I had to rebuke the devil twice in Jesus name. It was serpent that hiss in my face, cursed my name and gnash teeth while talking to me. I rebuke him twice last year.

was listening to metal and found this video got a question. Is there anyway to harness these things? You claim to speak to god and everything.....I doubt it but if there's a chance these things are real and powerful I wanna know how to use it to my advantage. Id take any means to be like a god or immortal and I wouldn't care how had one messing with me for years.....any suggestions? Any chance god shares power.................I doubt that too.
@shadowshifter7 Demons are real and you can recruit them to help you do stuff. No question. But that's NOT sharing God's power, that's selling out to the dark side. Now, you may be perfectly OK with that, but it's just because you don't know how vile and ugly and murderous they are. But, you're welcome to go research demons from the other side (using them to advantage instead of rebuking them). But it's a REAL bad idea.
But why is being vile and ugly and murderous bad? Especially if the demons just want to help. Why judge based on looks, or life choices? They can't help being that way, they're born like that. If they want to help me, I'll let them because It would be very mean of me not to.

@fotm1 How is it possible to choose foolishness as a non-fool? If you make a wrong choice, how can you be fully in your right mind? If we're judged by our light, then no one can be condemned (only the good separated from the bad) because no one chooses the wrong completely in their right mind.

But if you mean "right mind" as anything less than that, then yes, you can still make mistakes and do the wrong thing. We're coming at this from two different world-views. You think man can somehow NOT be a fool if he just tries hard enough, I don't. Only Jesus was "in his right mind."
@ion010101 First of all, we were talking about demons, not men. The same rules don't apply. Men can repent and be forgiven, demons (fallen angels) don't have access to that. They violated their very nature. Men are indeed all foolish, and yet God loves us. Like you love a goofy, stupid puppy. At some point we're supposed to grow up and the things we did as puppies (chewing on furniture, peeing on carpet) isn't so funny anymore when we're a grown dog. It's all degrees of foolishness.

@Ellio123 The demons were angels before they fell. Some are the spirits of the nephilim - the half-breeds between angels and women. Good and evil is NOT in the eye of the beholder, it is up to God to judge. He doesn't believe in the kind of moral relativism that you are suggesting. No one can consider themselves "good" - according to the Lord there is none good, not one.

Why would God need to believe in something, when he could make it so the concept doesn't exist altogether? @Ellio123 Again, it's about growing. Can I say that I have never lied in my whole life? No. Can I stop lying? Yes. Can I be better than I was? Yes. Can I say that I AM a perfect man? No. Can I BE perfect (not sin) for, say five minutes, if I try hard? Yes. That no one has inherent goodness other than God, doesn't mean that we can't behave well and do the right thing. GOD judges what is good and what is not - yet we all have it hardwired to know that some things are just wrong.
for some reason i feel you, a complete stranger to me, can help me with my worries, but yet my own family cannot. I don't exactly know why this is, but iv been saved 2 times,im 17 btw, and yet i still feel doubtful at times and def have fear installed in me, I have moved out of my parents house due to things i believe are on their faults and mine. @NatPradoTheory God did not give us a spirit of fear. That means it's a spirit & it's not from God. Know any Christians on anti-depressants or anti-anxiety medicine? How can that be? What's the difference between possessed or afflicted or oppressed? If every time a demon whispers you obey it, then it's your RULER. Forgive my ignorance, but my pastor says that if you are a true born again christian than you cannot be possesed, just oppressed. @NatPradoTheory A manifestation of a demon as you expose it is different. Sometimes they flare up & don't want to let go. It was very old, very hidden & when we shined the Light on it, it flared up. That's different fundamentally than being truly "possessed". It's all just words - none of us can say that we REALLY understand how God's system works. People say Christians can't be possessed, just Oppressed. But I say, if you obey it every time it says to sin, then it POSSESSES you & is your lord.

@Vladedward You mean in the video? I think I was talking about a specific demon that was worshiped by various pagan groups and manifested as a snake or whose symbol was a snake. There are several.
Demons are very real! Alot of christians don't believe it! But yet they are being attacked at night time by sex demons called incubus and sucubus these are demons that make you feel paralyzed, you can't talk, it feels like the breath is being sucked out your body and all you can do is scream the name JESUS inside your mind.
There are no supernatural entities. No demons, no fairies, no Leprechauns, no gods, None. Grow up and realize fairy tales are nothing but make believe.
@snappingbear i was recently attacked twice by a demon, unable to move, unable to speak, and i prayed to god the first time in my mind, and it went away, the second time, believe it was this monday, the thing was sending me a message in my dream, i was dreaming of reading john, and it changed, and i saw 666, and immediatly woke up, i heard it in the room, felt it, and it walked to my bed, i called on the name of jesus, heard a door open, thought it was my father, but it was the spirit of god.
@snappingbear and then the demon left, i felt peace, i could move, and i cried when i realized what had happened, i called my friend, and told him. the spirit of the lord came into my home, and told that demon to leave, and i have never felt better in my entire life. you have no idea what it is to know jesus christ. it is real, and you need it, jesus is the way, he is the truth, he is my rod and my staff.

The word "orthodox" in general usage does not apply to that particular religious group. It's been co-opted to self-justify. @mdtt2 You're looking at the BODY as the vessel that holds them. You're thinking of this in a carnal way w/ space limitations. Like a gallon container can only hold a gallon of liquid. But this is SPIRITUAL. You can have the Holy Spirit in you & still have demons messing w/ you - whether demons are IN or ON or AROUND is all kind of pointless since it's SPIRITUAL.
Yes, if you are FILLED w/ the Holy Spirit, they have to leave. If you are HALF FILLED w/ the Holy Spirit, what else is in there?!
@mdtt2 It's a DIAL not an ON/OFF switch. If the Holy Spirit is in 95% of you, but you have that ONE little area (where the porn hides) that you won't turn over to God, then a demon CAN possess that part of you. That's why you should surrender ALL to Jesus, so there is no open door for the enemy anywhere in your life. Let's say a person is saved, has the Holy Spirit, but is addicted (smoking, shopping, porn). If God says No & the demon says YES - and you obey the demon, then IT is your LORD.
the doors at my apartment have a upside down cross design. i don't know if it was intentional or if the designers did it purposefully. it scares me sometimes and it questions were i am with god. I mean its hard trying to be christian. i need to get baptized or something cuz i don't feel like im apart of the team fully.

@onimotoko There are absolutely spirits of confusion, stupor, sloth, lethargy, double-mindedness, forgetfulness and many other things. They are specialists that are good at a particular thing. If a person isn't susceptible to one, they'll send in another from a different direction. If your mom is letting them in, they could certainly be affecting you.

Then, in confirmation, I heard footsteps around the house. We never raked the yard, so the crunching of leaves. I truly believe God had an angel speak to me. I can't believe he loves me so much, that he would warn me in such a very real way.
Okay, so then I'm laying there and it's really bugging me to close the window, but I was so tired and felt just...paranoid and stupid. So after a minute of complete quietness, I hear a soft woman's voice in my bedroom whisper, "shut the window". It sent chills down my spine and scared me to death, not the voice, but the idea that I needed to close it. So I quickly ran to the kitchen and shut it. When I got back to my room, I kept thinking that I was going insane.
Oh! I have another story for ya. I didn't have time to comment it yesterday, because I have a 7 month old son. But four or five years ago, when I was seventeen years old...I came back from a late night with friends. My mother was gone that weekend with her boyfriend, so I was completely alone. I was getting ready for bed and kept having this thought that I needed to shut the window in the kitchen. (we kept it open because it gets hot in TX.) I'll finish my comment up top.
Well, Doug ... another to add to the list, sleep paralysis = another form of demonic attack. So far three other people have commented me with the same experience.

The Wiccans who come from a Christian background are just turned away from God but the other one's don't know him. They are in the dark and must see the light and truth. But later i finally realized demons have entered me ever since i went to this socalled 'impact weekend' ,i even know one person who partisipated in it,and commited suicide half year later.
I believe now there was witchcraft doing it,no matter how christian they may sound.

@LordShivasServant Well, there are 2 answers. One is that the Bible gives us ways to flush them out. I John 4:2 for example - and I know it to work well. Now your next argument might be that the Bible was written by THE demon that could pass THAT test so as to trick you into following it. Well, then we're going to have to dig into the definition of "demon." Do we mean supernatural entity or evil fallen angel? Certainly, there is a hierarchy & at some point you hit THE biggest, strongest entity.

Not that they ARE, just that they try to pretend they are. But someone that really knows that LIGHT, knows how WHITE it is, will not settle for anything LESS than that whiteness. I have been in the presence of pure whiteness and begged Him to go away because it exposed ALL my blackness - and the contrast was EXTREME.

Um I think I've been targeted by a demon or something since I was little. I've had some freaky stuff happen to me, but I grew up in a non-religous family. And yet I was still targeted. I'm the only one that has seen this stuff or has had stuff happen to me in my family. I wonder why I'm being targeted. I've decided to study demons to try and figure out why. Nothing has really happened since the night that my door opened on it's own and I told whatever it was to go away. Yet I still feel watched.

They violated their very nature. Men are indeed all foolish, and yet God loves us. Like you love a goofy, stupid puppy. Good and evil is NOT in the eye of the beholder, it is up to God to judge. He doesn't believe in the kind of moral relativism that you are suggesting. @NatPradoTheory God did not give us a spirit of fear. That means it's a spirit & it's not from God. Know any Christians on anti-depressants or anti-anxiety medicine? How can that be? What's the difference between possessed or afflicted or oppressed? If every time a demon whispers you obey it, then it's your RULER. It owns you because it has trained you & you don't have the mind of CHRIST, but the mind of fear or lust or pride or whatever.
Are you telling me born-agains are IMMUNE to demons?

Forgive my ignorance, but my pastor says that if you are a true born again christian than you cannot be possesed, just oppressed. But when you were talking about the lady who slithered around like a snake i wasn't sure if you were saying if she was a christian or not bcuz it sounded like that was a serious manifestation of a demon possesion to me.. @NatPradoTheory A manifestation of a demon as you expose it is different. Sometimes they flare up & don't want to let go. It was very old, very hidden & when we shined the Light on it, it flared up. That's different fundamentally than being truly "possessed". It's all just words - none of us can say that we REALLY understand how God's system works. People say Christians can't be possessed, just Oppressed. But I say, if you obey it every time it says to sin, then it POSSESSES you & is your lord.

People completely and totally and instantly delivered of addictions? Personal testimonies? I'd be glad to give you some folks to talk to and then YOU can decide if they're hallucinating or insane or whatever. Eyewitnesses are good enough evidence for a court of law, just not a court of Dawkins.

The point is NOT that demons MAKE people do stuff, but that demons are real, they do try to convince you to do stuff and to the degree that you listen and obey, they RULE you. But yet they are being attacked at night time by sex demons called incubus and sucubus these are demons that make you feel paralyzed, you can't talk, it feels like the breath is being sucked out your body and all you can do is scream the name JESUS inside your mind.

@snappingbear i was recently attacked twice by a demon, unable to move, unable to speak, and i prayed to god the first time in my mind, and it went away, the second time, believe it was this monday, the thing was sending me a message in my dream, i was dreaming of reading john, and it changed, and i saw 666, and immediatly woke up, i heard it in the room, felt it, and it walked to my bed, i called on the name of jesus, heard a door open, thought it was my father, but it was the spirit of god.

The word "orthodox" in general usage does not apply to that particular religious group. It's been co-opted to self-justify. Like this group called "The Twelve Tribes" that says they're the twelve tribes in Rev. When you ask them how that can be, they say, "Our NAME is the Twelve Tribes!" Well, of course!

ortodoxy is the unalterted church that got left on earth, is the temple that he rebuild when he sais (i will demolish the temple and in 3 days i will rebuild it) 3days were the days before his resurection. i don't say that my religion is the true one, that is up for every one to decide for themselves (a great romanian preast once said to remember that god will judge man by the law in wich he has lived).the most cherished prests in orthodoxy live in mountains and dedicate there life to god ..

@mdtt2 You're looking at the BODY as the vessel that holds them. You're thinking of this in a carnal way w/ space limitations. Like a gallon container can only hold a gallon of liquid. But this is SPIRITUAL. You can have the Holy Spirit in you & still have demons messing w/ you - whether demons are IN or ON or AROUND is all kind of pointless since it's SPIRITUAL.
Yes, if you are FILLED w/ the Holy Spirit, they have to leave. If you are HALF FILLED w/ the Holy Spirit, what else is in there?!

@mdtt2 It's a DIAL not an ON/OFF switch. If the Holy Spirit is in 95% of you, but you have that ONE little area (where the porn hides) that you won't turn over to God, then a demon CAN possess that part of you. That's why you should surrender ALL to Jesus, so there is no open door for the enemy anywhere in your life. Let's say a person is saved, has the Holy Spirit, but is addicted (smoking, shopping, porn). If God says No & the demon says YES - and you obey the demon, then IT is your LORD.

@onimotoko There are absolutely spirits of confusion, stupor, sloth, lethargy, double-mindedness, forgetfulness and many other things. They are specialists that are good at a particular thing. If a person isn't susceptible to one, they'll send in another from a different direction. If your mom is letting them in, they could certainly be affecting you.

Okay, so then I'm laying there and it's really bugging me to close the window, but I was so tired and felt just...paranoid and stupid. So after a minute of complete quietness, I hear a soft woman's voice in my bedroom whisper, "shut the window". It sent chills down my spine and scared me to death, not the voice, but the idea that I needed to close it. So I quickly ran to the kitchen and shut it. When I got back to my room, I kept thinking that I was going insane.

Oh! I have another story for ya. I didn't have time to comment it yesterday, because I have a 7 month old son. But four or five years ago, when I was seventeen years old...I came back from a late night with friends. My mother was gone that weekend with her boyfriend, so I was completely alone. I was getting ready for bed and kept having this thought that I needed to shut the window in the kitchen. (we kept it open because it gets hot in TX.) I'll finish my comment up top.

Sleep paralysis is normal. It's awake paralysis that isn't, unless its the first few seconds after you wake up.
Even if you're having a good dream where you are say, playing football or fishing. If you weren't paralyzed, you might act out and hurt yourself.
