@FoxBodyMike87 It won't "kill" it...I wouldnt ever try it with shortys I don't care if it was even down the street..Long tubes..You're still taking a chance, what happens with open headers is when you start to slow down or come to a stop, it sucks cold air directly up the headers, and it could warp a valve..If you're gunna run open headers have the collector extended about 6 inches or so..
@degenerate727 turn downs will sound good but its still gonna be loud as hell i have turn downs runnin off my flow masters and since they turn down right under tha seat its extra loud in tha cab lol i love em! until i wash it and the exhaust shoots dirt up on my car hah!
open headers will never hurt a motor may not run as good though with no backpressure
