I am 20 now and my mum is also hyper parent. I don't dare to manage official affairs, I am worried, I am afraid of all challenges, I have social phobia... but I neither think I am a princess nor my family is rich...

I'm a GenXer and have suffered the consequences of hyperparenting...so I know first hand how this stuff can be true. But don't blame my generation...this is the fault of Baby Boomers! My generation is simply doing what we were taught to do. On a more serious note...that's one HOT Sinderella.

We know of one of these parents....kids will bolt when they get older.....very sad to see kids under pressure like this.

If you think the baby princess was bad, wait until you hear the story of the 20-something who lost her job because she turned up to work and meetings whenever she felt like it and lipped off to her boss. Then she began her own business which failed miserably and had to declare bankruptcy, but wasn't about to give up her pedicures and her expensive lattes!! Thank God my parents were not boomers!!
