You really wanna do them so its an internal sound? Deepak Chopra says the vibration of the intonation (making the audible sound) will vibrate you in just the right way. Its the vibration (which is what makes sound in the first place) that has the healing benefit. I may have misunderstood when Atiba said make them internally.
The film, _Agora_ is probably the best single work that I have thus seen that tries to explain the reality of cultural genocide that began in earnest with Roman Christianity.
On the quest for spiritual evolution?Tired of running endlessly looking for meaningful teachings?mind reading, astral projection, telekinesis, it is all real.THE-HIDDEN-SPIRITdotCOM It is time to change the world.
Iinteresting about what you said about sounds working without the movement. I was trying to follow the movements and was only doing them half way yet when i finished a felt somewhat energized. Just shows you how powerful these sounds are.
I love your mind, your thoughts, your vision. A master teacher that appears so far beyond my reach. I deeply desire a brother like you. May you continue to pursue many blessings.
Good Morning. Thank you so much for this info. I felt a certain familiarity as I did them but this is the first time I've ever seen this video. (What does this mean?)
Glad you received a benefit from doing them. To increase the vibration it helps to visualize colors when inhaling and exhaling. In with the good and out wth the bad. Visualize white when inhaling for the lungs and dark brown when exhaling for all sounds. Visualize blue when inhaling for the kidney, green for the liver, red for the heart, yellow for the spleen, and purple for the triple warmer. Remember that every exhalation is dark brown.
so true --the first 3 seconds of you vid--I 'm just drain form reading--my reading became --addictive--I knew deep inside it was time for some exercise--The Source lead me to you on this day --just to hear you say that plus to give me the means to move forward--
this is from the montu but its nasal sound and closed mouth tung to the top of gums for master zulu swahili yoruba sounds i have mwe mwa lwa wa and for the old sounds of central and east africa gum...gum... n...gum...gum... ga..gas... n...ga...gas ga...gut.. n...ga...gut ju...ji... n...ju...ji...
Am I to understand your example of the reduction in the value, quality and meaning of jazz is a correlation of your SHS teachings as compared to mine and that this example implies my SHS is somehow less than yours or not real SHS? Re-read my comments. Never have i demeaned your method or your teacher. Lighten up! Your arrogance is showing. I am not thai or chinese and will not argue over which technique is best. Continue doing what works for you
I think I know the reason for the differences. Mantak was born, raised and taught in Thailand. Nianzu Li was born, raised and taught in China. Asian countries do not have identical cultures. I stay out of those arguments about correctness between cultures and just give respect to all.
No one else that I have encountered who practices SHS uses the method he uses. I stand by left hand males (yang) right females (yin)as a basic error I noticed, but, have it your way. Hotep!
I have been studying many different things from a variety of fields over the past 37 years. It is the height of folly to disagree with someone over their teacher and the way they've been taught. Dueling over who has the best teacher is not cool is it? As a musician for over 30 years i took private lessons from many accomplished musicians. I was able to combine the essence (as I understood it) from all my teachers to develop my own style. Is this not the way of Bushido?
i have found that everyone who learns a process makes changes due to their own experiences. Music, dance, martial arts, math, exercise, making love or whatever. It is unnatural for a process not to change. If that happens it will become unusable, wither away and die. As long as the changes are within the form everything is good.
I apologize for being harsh, but if practiced incorrectly as you know qigong can do more harm than good and I just wanted bring my observations to our attention.
Never heard of him yet, unlike you, i will not imply he does not know what he is doing. I've had two teachers who were both students of Mantak Chia. As far as i know the six healing sounds were first taught by Mantak Chia and according to his books my hand positions are correct. How were you taught the sounds were pronounced?
Don't know who you learned that from bro, but you should check again. For beginners, for males, left hand goes over tan tien, females it's the right hand not to mention the sounds are wrong.
The hands are correct. The kidney sound was given as 'choo' because one of my teachers found 'choo' was an alternate that worked as well as 'chwaay'. Did you learn from Mantak Chia?
this some new age devil worshiper shit

I Practiced the moves and sounds right along with the vid. Seems I've done them before. They came very natural to me.

Michael Frost is my main teacher. 3 excerpts from his videos are here. Just curious, Have you ever read the novel about the life of Musashi?

Quote from Wikipedia. "Mantak Chia (謝明德, born 1944) is an author, teacher and SELF DESCRIBED healer." What is his lineage, teachers?

Your movements and postures are unlike any I have seen for SHS.
You can google Master Li's website.
