Though their eon & jrx are poor sounding, the SRX, VRX & the VP series are the best sounding speakers that I have ever purchased. they are pricey but if you have that kind of cash to spend, I would definitely recommend them.

@generatrix999 to be honest If U own JBL pa speakers and they sound like crap, That means the owner eighter dosent own a GOOD EQ or dosent know how to use one!

@kyle2284 --- I do own some JBL gear, though have 'upgraded' the drivers (non JBL)

The better the speaker/mic the less need for EQ

JBL sounds good, if you haven't heard a lot of other speakers

I always get good comments from bands about my tiny vrx932s this are loud,

it took them 50 years to jbl to put a crown amp, man i was doing that like 10yrs ago...

I like the 10" bass mid with HF horn the LSR range I wouldn't mind owning someday. I'm JBL control 5 and 1 user at present with JBL 4645 copy that packs a hell of deep punch!
