hey Bruce, I think you should just have a local machinist make you up the parts you need, or source out parts, packages them as an add-on for Rololights, and or other products. Bingo, you're now a 3rd party maker. So many doing that these days in the video industry. You can buy all those parts at B&H or Adorama, find out their distributor and you are in business.
Thats what we did, bought from the local distributor, and just made our own!
