  • Tomato should take at most 20 secs blanching to become peelable, that one was overcooked.

    Waterbath was way too small with way too much ice, bruised the tomato.

    And the lazy way of squeezing seeds out left at least 5 seeds I saw in the final product.

    Why goto the effort of blanching, refreshing and deseeding when you don't go for 100%?
