Maybe for the 2 blessed weapons he gave the brave axe to someone like Titania (and Ragnell to Ike so) then he gave the axe to Ike.
For the +5 or +10, you have a +5 on every stat bonus on EASY mode if you wield a blessed weapon. The +10 is just +5 (bonus from easy mode) + 5 (bonus on 1 stat from the S+ weapon, like +5 def from ragnell)
I was wondering if there's a way to get all maxed out stats like that in Hard Mode, despite the expensive BEXP cost, and having half of it, compared to Normal & Easy..hahah

+5 stats are from easy mode, with a blessed weapons. The other stats beyond +5 are from weapon bonuses. Just view ragnell and you'll see what bonus it gives, etc etc etc
Bonus exp always gives someone +3 stats if 3 are available. This means that when your characters max out their easy stats, you use BEXP on them and they gain the ones that have lower growth rates. If you leveled them up normally, they'd be getting like 1 stat on level up because of their growth rates
The way you worded the description, it was as if you're trying to demonstrate that a character can use a weapon that has a requirement weapon level higher than what the character has.... if this is so, you have proved absolutely nothing because Ike had the skill to use a Brave Axe, and Soren had the skill to use the Meteor.....

Correct, This video was to show a certain person on Gamefaqs message board that It doesn't matter what your weapon proficiency is at, as long as it is a blessed weapon, it can attack something with mantle.

It seems like you're saying that someone can use a weapon outside of their weapon level by getting it blessed... but a brave axe needs C to use, and Ike had A in axes
Soren's Meteor needed a C to use also, and Soren had a B in fire... you have proved nothing....
Someone thought that Even if it was blessed, you still couldn't hit auras (or something with mantle) if you didn't have an S/SS ranking of weapons. This video shows that you can hit with any weapon rank as long as the weapon is blessed. Hope that sums it up for ya
Probably the same way I did. Just a lot of lucky level up. One time I had Soren all maxed out at level 18. I was like, Hey! That's not enough. I still have 2 levels to go and now I won't get anything from them. I was right, too. Nothing happend. The only items I give him are the Boots and the Sareph Robe.

... no, that's only Str and Skill (As demonstrated by Soren), the rest are because it's easy.

You just have someone else bless items that you aren't going to use, you can transfer blessed items between people.
