the example of tacit knowledge is not right. Getting informatio trough another person doesn't make it tacit knowledge. That's still explicit. I don't think you can show that easily in a movie. Tacit knowledge is like riding a bike. You can show riding on a bike but it doesn't mean you have the skills to ride when you gonna use the bike for the first time.
