This is so beautiful! I tend to like creepy songs, and this one seems to ride the boundary between creepy and lovely...although I don't really know what it's about.

Google translation: [Original Song] - Luke Spell Megurine Kamui Science and (Note that the Japanese word things differently than us, so Google translate mixed the words up.)
So leaving the Luke (obviously Luka,) Megurine, and Kamui out, the song's title would be "Science and Spell." I can't seem to find it on Vocaloid Wikia or any clues as to who wrote it. o.o
To be honest, your best bet is to go to Vocaloid Wikia and post in their help forum about the song and author. I've never heard of either before, so I don't know who the heck he is.
